Aujourd’hui, je lis l’article 10 minutes, et plus, par jour de perdus à attendre qu’une application réponde… qui ne m’étonne absolument pas sur le fond.

En effet, qui n’a jamais entendu un vendeur par exemple s’excuser (ou s’énerver) par ce que l’ordinateur est lent, parce que l’imprimante ne répond pas etc…  Je ne citerai pas de nom mais j’en ai un paquet qui me viennent en tête.

Bref, ce n’est pas un scoop.

Si je parle de cet article en fait c’est juste pour un mot que je ne connaissais pas: millennial:

“77% des millennials affirment qu’une performance d’application sous-optimale affecte leur capacité à donner le meilleur d’eux-mêmes, comparé à seulement 50% des baby-boomers et 72% des générations X. La moitié des Millennials interrogés disent avoir arrêté d’utiliser une application parce qu’elle fonctionnait trop lentement, soit beaucoup plus que les utilisateurs des autres tranches d’âge. Plus des trois-quarts des millennials disent être occasionnellement ou constamment pénalisés par des retards lors de requête ou de transmission d’informations avec un logiciel métier, comparé à 60% pour les baby-boomers.”

Peut-être que je suis la seule, mais je ne sais pas ce qu’est un “millennial”.
